Have you tried cooking with Rose Harissa? It is so simple, the little jar is a flavour explosion, and believe me you don't need to add a thing.... 10 out of 10! There has been such an increase in interest with our Rose Harissa, I wanted to share just a few ways to cook with Josh&Sue Rose Harissa. I was looking through my Jamie Oliver 5 Ingredients and my Ottolenghi Simple cookbooks for inspiration. And this is what I came up with, preparing meals for the next 2 days. Pictured above, we have created a 4 quick and simple dishes; Rose Harissa Chicken, Olive and Tomato bake, preparation time was less than 5 minutes. I baked it for less than an hour and served it with Harissa Carrots and Harissa potatoes topped with Feta. I also prepared a whole Rose Harissa Chicken simply coated 2-3 teaspoons of Harissa paste over the chicken, cut up some red onions and prepared some sweet potatoes which were also coated in harissa paste. All 4 dishes, Rose Harissa Chicken, Olive and Tomato, Rose Harissa Carrots, Rose Harissa potatoes and the Rose Harissa Chicken bake with sweet potatoes were prepared in under 20 minutes, and were all baked in the oven within 1 hour. Check out the after photos below. These Rose Harissa recipes are so simple, and the taste was amazing, using only 2-3 teaspoons for each of the 4 dishes, there was plenty left in the jar of Josh&Sue Rose Harissa for the next creation.
Have fun creating with our Harissa paste, it gives a delicious complexity to each of these dishes, the middle eastern flavours are divine and a hit with the entire family.
