Did you know we are even on shelf in Singapore, and we have stockists in all States of Australia.

Have you been reading articles about Preserved lemons and articles on Rose Harissa and other key Moroccan ingredients? Our Rose Harissa is a delicious blend of tomato, chilli and spice, it is fragrant and spicy with a good amount of heat. There are so many articles on line about Rose Harissa, and how you can use it.

We have worked hard to ensure our entire range is Gluten Free, we have a Nut-free Pesto which is so popular we sold out of the first production run in just 2 weeks. Our brand new Egg-free Rose Harissa Aioli also sold out within 2 weeks as our loyal customers preordered our newest product before we released it to the market.. You will find these both hidden on our website under the subscribers pack!

Nearly every item in our range is Vegan, so we are hoping to appeal more to the vegetarian market with the latest cookbooks launched by Sabrina Ghayour and Yotam Ottolenghi featuring wonderful vegetarian recipes utilizing Rose Harissa, Dukkah and Preserved Lemons.

Why not, let us help with some quick and easy dinner ideas, if you check out our recipes tab you will find some great recipe ideas using our essential pantry ingredients. Preserved Lemons, Chilli Jam, Rose Harissa, Mint Harissa or Dukkah, do you know the meal combinations you can make with these locally crafted award winning Josh&Sue ingredients and condiments.

Ottolenghi himself, said that his number one essential ingredient was lemons, preserved lemons, Ottolenghi said there are some many amazing simple and wonderful  recipes for utilising Preserved Lemons.

Jamie Oliver and Sabrina Ghayour  both use Preserved lemons in recipes from tagines, to casseroles, cous cous to fish, even a shoulder of lamb... YUM!
