Preserved Lemon Harissa is amazing with chicken marinate chicken prior to roasting, flavour up couscous, coat a piece of fish prior to cooking, add to hummus, add to a dressing and serve with Haloumi, add to prawns or calamari, coat slow roasted carrots, coat chickpeas before roasting them or just added them to any tagine or casserole. Wasabi Mustard dress salads to impress, marinate with it, add to sauces or glazes to add a zing, serve with your meats or seafood.
