Preserved Lemon Harissa is amazing with chicken marinate chicken prior to roasting, flavour up couscous, coat a piece of fish prior to cooking, add to hummus, add to a dressing and serve with Haloumi, add to prawns or calamari, coat slow roasted carrots, coat chickpeas before roasting them or just added them to any tagine or casserole.

Rose Harissa Pesto (Nut Free) simply delicious with pasta, use on a pizza base, coat slow cooked carrots with it, flavour up any meat based dish with our tomato based pesto with delicious capsicum for sweetness. yum!
Mint Harissa one of my favourite ingredients, simply perfect with Lamb, coast a leg of lamb prior to cooking, add to couscous, coat vegetables prior to roasting, add to gravy. A delicious combination of mint, coriander and chilli. Great with lamb chops, BBQ butterflied leg of lamb, chicken and vegetarian dishes and as a flavour base for any casseroles or stews where a fresh zing is needed. Especially good cooked with a vegetable bake and in guacamole. Add to yogurt and use in wraps or as a dip. Add a dash of Mint Harissa to your gravy and serve with Lamb roast delicious!
Rose Harissa Aioli (Egg Free) our new Rose Harissa aioli is so creamy and rich yet is diary free, with a little hit of Rose Harissa to give any dish a lift. Top paella or risotto with it, enjoy with hot chips, prawns, fish or chicken. Use as a dip with your favourite veges or crackers.
