Our Josh&Sue Rose Harissa Aioli is one of our NEWEST items in our range, building off the success of our Rose Harissa Paste we have launched a Rose Harissa Aioli, we have made sure it is dairy free, egg free and gluten free, in other words we have launched a Vegan Aioli.... Our Vegan Aioli has been selling its socks off! Have you tried it?

So you ask how does your vegan aioli taste?? Our vegan aioli tastes delicious, it is creamy and thick just like our regular aioli, we blended through our award winning Rose Harissa and it is a marriage made in heaven.

Our Aioli is Versatile and easy to use as a dressings, dips or a sauce. It has a mild bit of heat it can be served with potato wedges, spooned over Cous Cous, risotto or Paella or served as a dip with your favourite party food, we have wrapped baby potatoes in bacon and used our aioli as a dip.


All natural ingredients, no artificial flavours, colours or fillers. ​Gluten Free and Vegan.

Rose Harissa Pesto - its Vegan, Gluten Free and Nut free

Continuing on from the success of our Josh&Sue Rose Harissa we have introduced our Rose Harissa Pesto, its a blend of capsicum and our Rose Harissa Paste, it is amazing, have you tired it?

Our Rose Harissa Pesto is NUT FREE, it is a tomato based pesto blended with capsicum and our award winning Rose Harissa as the start ingredient, meaning we have a vegan, dairy free, nut free pesto, how good is that, an Australian Nut Free Pesto. Why not add a jar to your next order.


Our Rose Harissa Pesto is hand crafted in Daylesford, Victoria, it is available throughout Australia, check out our stockists tab for your closest stockist or grab a jar online.


Simply stir a couple of teaspoons of our Rose Harissa Pesto through a bowl of fresh pasta, it is a quick and easy mid week dinner, why not add some of your favourite vegetables of even a few prawns. Yum!

Great ways to use Josh&Sue Rose Harissa Paste

Why not try, one of my favourite mid week meals, Rose Harissa Chicken, or Chicken bake in a tray...

Its so easy, you only use one dish,  so simple and very delicious.

Don't have these ingredients, Rose Harissa, Raspberry Vinegar check our website for your closest stockist.

If you do the cous cous you will need Preserved Lemons to, or you can try Harissa baked potatoes or Harissa Carrots...

Rose Harissa Chicken.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Chicken, whole or butterflied
  • 1 tbsp Josh&Sue Raspberry Vinegar
  • 2-4 teaspoon Josh&Sue Rose Harissa (depending on your taste)
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Red Capsicum
  • 1  Green Capsicum
  • 1 Yellow Capsicum
 
Method:
  1. chop up the capsicums and red onion, place in bottom of an oven dish.
  2. sprinkle Raspberry Vinegar over the veges.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the chicken: preheat oven 180C rub the Rose Harissa all over the chicken coasting the entire chicken.
  4. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables
  5. Roast, approx 1 hour  or until the chicken is cooked.
  6. Serve chicken and veges as they are or add a Josh&Sue Preserved Lemon cous cous​.


You can mix it up a bit with our Rose Harissa as we have done here, Try Harissa Carrots, or add Sweet potatoes coated in Rose Harissa or a Chicken, Harissa, Olives and tomato tray bake.
YUMMY!

This is our Raspberry Vinegar that we add to  the Rose Harissa Chicken Bake.
Look at our Rose Harissa Paste it is ready to use, no mixing or adding water!
Our Award winning Rose Harissa is just heavenly, keep a jar in the fridge and add it to everything you cook! :)
