Josh (10) whipped up a little dessert on the weekend with our Josh&Sue Maple Sugar....
He selected his Gluten free ingredients and created a banana and orange zest cake with a strawberry and maple sugar glaze.
Individual tiramisu, sponge made with Josh&Sue Maple Sugar top and bottom filled with tiramisu mix topped with a cream and coffee jelly. Served with a strawberry and maple sugar puree. We are going to update our website with lots of new images, so over the next few weeks we will be continually experimenting in the kitchen coming up with new ideas and photos. This not only looked good - it tasted divine.
Chicken and pork 2 ways, marinated in Josh&Sue Rose Harissa with winter vegetables, and chocolate Fondant with a rosewater sugar twill, marinated strawberries and a chocolate soil. Well done boys!
